One French buyer purchased the Foxwell NT650 Elite two months ago, when he tried to use it to do the quick scan for the SRS system of his car(Maserati Quattroporte SQ4 2015), a “NO System Diagnosis” error occurred. Relevant pictures are shown as follows.
He felt so helpless and was so worried about what’s going on with his NT650 Elite and his car. A satisfied solution from the technology engineer comes to him.
Let’s see how to solve:
Step 1. Follow the on-screen instruction first to confirm:
1) the scan tool is correctly connected to vehicle DLC
2) the ignition is turned on
3) the battery is charged
4) the vehicle is equipped with an SRS system
If all the above four options confirmed still can not solve the problem, please try according to the following step.
Step 2. Use the cable to connect the device with the diagnostic port of the car, then try to see whether the OBDII can be communicated or not.
If the same error still reports, try again to see if the communication of the Oil Reset function works normally.
If it still can’t, try to do the above tests on another car.
If the problem still exists, we can judge the device breaks down caused by the software not being updated.
So please follow Step 3.
Step 3. Confirm if the OBDII of the device has already been updated to the newest version of V1.20.011.
